Northwestern to Begin Summer Work Hours on May 19; Specific Offices to Remain Open

All ·¬ÇÑÊÓÆµ locations will observe summer work hours starting Monday, May 19, through Thursday, July 31. The university will be open 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

In an effort to better serve Northwestern’s prospective students during these adjusted summer work weeks, the following Northwestern-Alva offices will remain open on Fridays:

  • Recruitment
  • Business Office
  • Financial Aid
  • Registry

Northwestern-Woodward and Northwestern-Enid offices will not be open on Fridays during summer hours.

Offices will also be closed May 26 for Memorial Day and June 19 for Juneteenth.

Summer enrollment is still open at Northwestern for both undergraduate and graduate programs. The summer interim session is May 12-30. Summer classes begin June 2 for June-only classes and classes held in both June and July; July-only classes begin July 1.

The final days to register for classes in the summer are June 3 for June-only classes; July 2 for July-only classes, and June 5 for classes held in both June and July.

Fall classes begin Aug. 18, and enrollment will remain open until Aug. 26.
